This but of Teela able to leave the castle doesn’t this make He-man irrevelant in terms of his role.
He-man is the Champion of Eternia but for the Universe as well.
The so called producers really a feminist thing about empowering Teela.

No it hasn't. He-Man is still needed. Teela is the Sorceress but is still one being and even though she can leave Grayskull, if she does it's unprotected. He-Man still needed his many, many friends in all versions of MotU so it's not like he was all that was ever needed either. And it's not a feminist thing to have Teela become the Sorceress. It was always her destiny since the very creation of the character's figure way and the original mini-comics.
Teela becoming sorceress is preordained similar to Adam getting the Sword of power.
I always thought that the sorceress was like a prisoner in her own castle it was to see the replacement break that curse.
I can understand letting go of personal attachments as a sorceress but not being able to leave sucks.
The comment of Teela being able to fight better than most sorceresses is simple she received training from the best in Duncan.
I am happy to see Orko back because he is integral to Adam.
Yeah, I was just reading an article about Teela and the Grayskull 'rules' at https://screenrant.com/masters-universe-teela-sorceress-leave-castle-grayskull-why/
And yeah great to see Orko back even if it was spoilt by the trailer. Really enjoyed the whole series and I've been buying the action figures from it and there's a whole load of figures I hope they make (including Teela's Sorceress form and both Lyn's 'bat-sorceress' and 'Dark-Lyn' forms). Looking forward to Season 2 and the promise of the Horde.
It is true, Teela becoming Sorceress was always predetermined in MOTU, this is just the first time we've seen it on TV, well besides the CGI series but the rules in that show are completely different compared to the traditional versions. However, if I was her, I would train someone that could keep an eye on Grayskull if she needs to leave for some reason, and as a successor.
The question now is She-Ra because the Horde now is involved on the possible next season.
The Horde appearing at the end does this start a She-Ra return.
She-Ra is linked to He-man according to the original series especially to the Horde kidnapping her.
What do you think?
