A Loss for Words is the 17th episode of She-Ra: Princess of Power.
Plot Summary[]
Using her magic, Shadow Weaver manages to steal the voices of several rebels including Adora, leaving her unable to transform into She-Ra.

Loo-Kee: "Hi, here's your friend, Loo-Kee. Did you find where I was hiding? Take another look. Here I am! You know, She-Ra and her friends fight for freedom because it's very important. One of the freedoms they fight for is called 'freedom of speech.' It means that you have the right to talk about anything you wish. - Script was approved November 21, 1984 and final script revision took place on March 7, 1985.
- The animation models for Barris, Therin and Vesser were designed by artists Alice Hamm and Bruce Timm. Their character models were finalized on February 13, 1985.
- All of Hordak's transformation sequences in this story were designed by artist Rick Quiroz.
- The script describes Mantenna's expression as he prepares to drop Hordak down the trapdoor as a 'sly Benny Hill grin'.
