Bat-Gnome is a little spy working for Skeletor.
Bat-Gnome appears in the mini comic The Battle of Roboto. It's possible the character was inspired by Hordak's Red Bat Shield accessory, but works for Skeletor because the story was a Skeletor story instead of a Hordak story.
