Beauty and the Beast is the 117th episode of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
Synopsis[]
(Ink & Paint DVD booklet description: Skeletor, Evil-lyn, and Whiplash attack the Royal Palace with an army of Spiderdroids so that they can kidnap Teela and Orko. Skeletor transports the pair in cryonic freeze capsules to Moragore, a kingdom under his control. The ruler of Moragore, a disfigured Prince known to many as the Monster of Moragore, greets them. After a failed rescue attempt at Snake Mountain He-Man seeks help from the Sorceress, as Teela and Orko, upon seeing the good within Prince Moragore, attempt to overthrow Skeletor's evil rule!)

Continuity[]
- The Spider Drones were seen earlier in House of Shokoti Part 1 and Trouble's Middle Name.
- Several interior backgrounds seen in the Castle of Moragore are reused from those of Tahryn seen in Song of Celice.
- The Monster of Moragore's guards are reused from those seen in She-Demon of Phantos.
Errors[]
- Sy-Klone's voice is different from his previous appearance in Here, There, Skeletors Everywhere.
- Prince Adam appears to transform into He-Man directly in front of Sy-Klone.
- At one point Prince Adam and Cringer are seen at Castle Grayskull, even though they appear as He-Man and Battle Cat before and after this scene.
