Buck West-Star is a supporting character from the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
Buck West-Star was the owner of West-Star, an enormous entertainment spacecraft themed like a western rodeo, which he ran with his young daughter, Ferl. The West-Star was a gigantic undertaking, and Buck was responsible for a great number of beings and animals who worked for him. He even had a personal Secretary Android keeping track of his scheduled guests outside of his office.
When He-Man and several Primans visited the West-Star, Drissi took this opportunity to ask if Buck would perform at the Festival of Lights on Primus. They were surprised to find that Skeletor was already there and had befriended Buck.
Some time later, Skeletor went as far as to offer the entire continent of Terra to Buck if he helped the Evil Mutants in their conquest of Primus. When Buck refused, Skeletor revealed to him that he had kidnapped Ferl. Buck ended up assisting He-Man in fighting the Mutants and singlehandedly rescued his daughter from Slush Head and Mutant troopers.
