Butthead is an action figure from the Mattel He-Man toy line and a character from the 1990 animated series The New Adventures of He-Man. He uses his armored head to smash his targets, just like Ram-Man.

The New Adventures of He-Man[]

Butthead (who was referred to only as BH) was not present when Skeletor and He-Man first arrived in the future, and first appeared among the Mutant ranks during a session with the Galactic Council on Enos, where he donned a disguise and attempted to assassinate Mara on Skeletor’s orders[1].

BH was possibly the most dim-witted of all the Mutants next to Slush Head, but was a capable fighter. BH’s face was hidden by a mask and helmet; his true face never revealed. His hard head and helmet allowed him to physically charge his enemies and send them flying, delivering a powerful blow.

BH was often paired up with his fellow Mutant Quakke, with the pair usually acting as Skeletor's go-to henchmen. BH and Quakke generally seem to be friends, with BH looking up to Quakke for his higher intelligence[2].

BH’s duties on the Mothership include running the docking bay, and looking after the Terrortreads and Terrorclaws stored down there[3]. On one occasion, BH was convinced to take part in Staghorn's mutiny against Flogg, lending his docking-bay troopers to the cause[4].

BH once volunteered to take over as Sheriff of Gorn City, claiming he was "just the guy for the job", but he was ultimately denied the position by Flogg and Skeletor[5]. Due to his low intelligence; BH, along with Slush Head and Staghorn, were the test subjects of a device that increased the Mutants intelligence. Suddenly ten times smarter than normal, BH immediately adopted a much more refined persona and style of dress, though it turned out he became a little too intelligent for his own good, and he was eventually returned to his normal self after attempting to overthrow Skeletor and Flogg[6].

When the Mutants went to compete in the Galactic Games, BH was left in command of Nordor. When Flogg organized the final invasion of Primus, he contacted BH, and ordered him to gather all Mutant forces stationed on the skull-faced moon and bring them into battle. BH participated in the final battle, and later witnessed Flogg's surrender[7].
