Cosmic Comet constructs are minor characters from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
History[]
When Skeletor took control of the Cosmic Comet, he ordered it send creatures made out of pieces of the comet to capture Zagraz, the Comet Keeper. The comet chuncks made straight for Zagraz Mountain, where they took human form after landing on the ground. Zagraz identified them as unliving monsters created by evil power, and compared them to robots rather than humans.
Man-At-Arms and Teela, who were visiting Zagraz at the time, found themselves under atack from the creatures. Teela managed to evade one of the creatures grasp, but when she shot her Freeze-ray at it, it had no effect. The same thing happened with Man-At-Arm's Freeze-Ray gun. When He-Man and Battle Cat arrived on the scene they found Man-At-Arms and Teela knocked out on the ground, and one of the creatures holding Zagraz above its head. He-Man punched the creature which such force that it broke into little pieces. Then he picked up another of the humanoids by the arms, swung it around and threw it at the third, causing both of them to fall apart as well.
As Zagraz had been hurt, it was decided to take him to Castle Grayskull. As they were about to depart, Orko decided to vacuum up the scattered comet pieces from the ground, for he suspected they might come in handy later. Indeed, inside Grayskull, Zagraz came up with a plan to create another cosmic comet and fill it with the power of good, to use it to cancel out the evil in the current cosmic comet. The pieces collected by Orko were fused together and turned into a new, kindhearted companion for the original Cosmic Comet.
