Dagar's Guardians are magical creatures that appear in the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
Dagar's Guardians were originally lifeless gargoyle statues decorating the bedposts in one of the guest rooms of Master Sebrian's Home When the wizard Dagar was challenged to a magic duel by the evil wizard Ramlin, Dagar used his powers to animate the statues]] on his bedposts, but realized to late that by having them attack Ramlin, he was allowing the evil wizard to absorb them as well as Dagar's powers.
The next day, Ramlin even went as far as to use a projection of Dagar as well as his gargoyles, which he now identified as 'Dagar's Guardian's' against Zontos and Sebrian, but when He-Man realized that the only way to defeat Ramlin was not to attack him with magic, Ramlin was defeated and was forced to release his hold over Dagar.
