Divided We Stand is the sixth episode of the second season of the animated television series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and the sixteenth episode overall. It was released on March 3, 2022.
Synopsis[]
Krass and Stratos team up to investigate the Mystic Mountains. He-Man and Teela cast their differences aside to ready up for Skeletor's looming attack.
Plot[]
Krass is looking for something while Kitty is on the look out. She explains to the younger green creature that there's no need to make a big deal out of her being back in the villain, as she'll be gone again before anyone else notices. Kitty asks Krass things like where she has been, and if it has to do with saving Eternia. To which Krass says she has, but right now she just needs something special for her next mission. But she didn't feel like explaining it to anyone. This item turns out to be a photograph of a young Krass, with her dad.
Years earlier, her dad tells Krass he almost didn't survive the cave-in, but is glad he had his lucky helmet, which took most of the blow. In the present day, she manages to get out without being seen. But unbeknowst to her, Stratos has been tailing her.
Back at Castle Grayskull, Teela is still angry at Adam, and states that perhaps they could have found Eldress sooner, if he had told her what was going on from the get-go instead of keeping it from her. Duncan quickly explains that Skeletors knows that they are hiding in Avion. To which the Masters of the Universe decide to go back to Eternia, to take away Skeletor's only Sigil piece. However, soon one of the sigil pieces they recently got in their posession goes haywire and tries to the find the other pieces.
Meanwhile, Stratos finally his presence known to Krass, and she quips that he should get the hint that he is not part of the team. Krass eventually confesses that her dad got the rock in her helmet from some cave in the Mystic Mountains. So she wants to know more about it.
Back in Eternia, Manny and Ork-O are talking to Teela's projection, who is telling them to get through who ever Skeletor left behind and get his sigil piece from under his nose. While she and the other deal with him in Avion. Eventually, Ork-O tells Teela that King Randor has been captured by Skeletor.
Teela eventually confronts Adam about why it's okay that she was kept in the dark to protect his dad, but she couldn't do the same for Eldress. Duncan intervenes, and explains that they need to stop fighting amongst themselves, and instead focus on the fight that is ahead with Skeletor.
Meanwhile, Manny is weary on how he will be received by the rest of Eternia's citizen. To which Ork-O states that assuming they aren't arrested, there's only one way to find out. Manny for his part states how the Old King reject him after he altered himself to please him. But that the people below accepted him for what he is. But he doesn't know how people above will receive him. Ork-O tries to make him feel better by explaining that when he returns to Eternos, all the guards laughed at him, and that it was humiliating. But that with the help of his friends, he realized who he really is. But more importantly, everyday he chooses to be so much more than ancient wizard or a malfunctioning RK Unit.
Stratos and Krass meanwhile continue talking, and he explains how he had to win over his people, because he wasn't born with wins. He explains that the sky blades gave him the edge he needed to win the throne. Moreover, he admits that he would have beena nobody without them. Stratos then states that as a reslt, he tries harder than everybody else. Eventually a spider creatures attacks them, and Stratos stays behind to fend the creature off, while Krass goes to search for the cave.
In Eternos, with Manny's help, Ork-O achieves hive mind with the other security bots and successfully spread what made him sentient to the other bots; dubbing it the Orkening.
Stratos tries to recruit Webstor into the team he is assembling, which currently includes Mo'squita'ra. However, the spider-creature instead attacks him from behind, and he screams.
Krass hears Stratos yell from the distance, but instead of helping, she continues onto the cave. She then asks herself just what kind of gem her dad found all the way in the mountains. She continues to get closer to the cave, and as she does so, a green light, shines bright from inside the cave.
Unfortunately, the two sigil pieces bump into each other. Shortly thereafter, scout alarms blare and the Masters of the Universe go to look to see what it is about. Soon they realize that Skeletor has arrived in Avion.
