Filmation Cartoon[]
In the cartoon by Filmation, Earth-Lings are rarely shown. Despite this however, Marlena Glenn, the wife of King Rando, was once an astronaut, who landed on Eternia, following an encounter with a meteor shower. Following her landing on Eternia, she would come to love this new world and married Randor, then become mother to Adam and [Adora (Filmation)|Adora]]. In the episode Visitors from Earth, 2 astronauts, Andrea Steele and Mark Blaze are sent in their own ship to launch a specially designed missile at a magnetic asteroid, heading towards Earth. They accidentally find themselves on Eternia and having to deal with Skeletor and his cohorts, who planned to use the missile to access Castle Grayskull. They were foiled by He-Man and his allies, but the missile's launch system was damaged, leading to He-Man to manually throw the missile at the incoming asteroid.
Masters of the Universe[]
In the 1987 film, Earth plays a huge role in hiding He-Man and his allies from the clutches of Skeletor. Despite this, he is found by his foe and brought back to Eternia, where he witnesses Skeletor's ascension to godhood.
