The Energy Draining Chamber was a piece of technology in the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
The Energy Draining Chamber was a machine that Skeletor and the Evil Mutants found on the junk filled Carrus Sector Asteroid. Since they could not get any of the technology to work apart from an Image Projector, Skeletor came up with a plan to kidnap the Scientists of Primus and force them to get all the weapons they had had found on the Asteroid to work. Gepple figured out the purpose of this chamber and explained it to Skeletor, who wanted to use the machine to drain He-Man's strength.
However, Gepple had reversed the power of the machine, causing it to drain the energy of anyone standing outside of it instead of the person inside the chamber. He-Man kept his strenght while Skeletor and Mutants lost theirs. The Scientists themselves made sure to stand out of range of the Chambers's effects.
