An Energy Net is a piece of technology that appears in the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
Energy Nets were a means to capture and detain enemies devoloped by the people of the planet Makkina and used by the robot Protectons. They were stronger than anything used in the Tri-Solar Galaxy.
When the robots realized that the Mutants and Primans were at war with each other, they decided to put an end to this conflict by occupying both Primus and Denebria. The visiting parties respresenting both planets were immediately captured in Energy Nets. But He-Man called upon the way of the magic to guide his power sword as he trew it at the Energy Net control system, destroying it and freeing his friends as well as his enemies.
