A Rock Lizard is a creature in the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
The Rock Lizard was a giant creature native to the Dark Side of the moon Nordor. It's back was covered by rocks, making it easy for the creature to camouflage itself in it's native terrain.
When He-Man, Artilla and Gepple were on a mission to destroy the Guns of Nordor, they had to travel the cliffs of Nordor by foot. They accidentally disturbed a Rock Lizard during it's slumber and had to fight it off. He-Man used a backflip to frighten the giant creature off.
