Flashball is a sport played on Eternia.

It is a little similar to basketball, but it's closer to the sport ulama as seen in The Road To Eldorado (2000).

The key difference is that sport field includes a gorge, quicksand, a mine field, waterfalls, crystals, mountains. Also the players can use their super powers.

The goal is to get the Flashball, a glowing mass of protonic energy, into the steel ring goals. First team to get two goals, wins. Play starts with a basketball-like jump-ball face-off.

200X Training[]

In the fourth episode of the 200X series, named The Courage of Adam, Teela and Prince Adam are training outside. Their training might be a variation on Flashball. Instead of having a goal like basketball, this variation is closer to Dodge Ball.

This training version of Flashball consists of a number on platforms made out of light, above a net light area to catch the players if they were to fall. The players throw the Flashball at each other, bouncing it of of platforms, which damages the platforms in the process. The players catch and throw the ball using specially designed gloves. They also kick the Flashball, so their boots might also be specialized equipment for the training.
