Freddie E. Williams II (born May 30, 1977) is an American comic book writer and artist.
About[]
Williams entered the comic scene in 2005, when he began work with DC Comics on the comic series Robin and on the Eisner Award-winning series Seven Soldiers: Mister Miracle. He has since gone on to work on several crossover series including all three volumes of Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, both volumes of Godzilla vs. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, He-Man/ThunderCats and Injustice vs. Masters of the Universe.
At the end of IDW Publishing's G.I. Joe comics run, Freddie Williams II was hired to create several connecting covers for two 5 issue runs. He did several very popular comic covers before that.
In 2024 Freddie Williams II is making waves with his work on the Turtles of Grayskull mini comics that come with the TMNT/MOTU crossover action figures. And in May it was announced that he was doing the art for the Dark Horse Turtles of Grayskull comics.
Before the Turtles of Grayskull crossover event, Freddie Williams II did work on a 2020 He-Man/TMNT comic that was eventually cancelled. A lot of the art that he generated for that comic can be seen on his website.
