The Freezing Mountains were located between the Whispering Woods and the Valley of the Lost. They were possibly part of Frosta kingdom.
Madame Razz, Broom and Kowl had to cross the Freezing Mountains to get to the Library inside the Valley of the Lost. Along the way they found themselves facing a Polar Beast, but managed to escape it on a magically conjured up bed.
