Trivia[]
- Script was approved April 14, 1986 and final script revision took place April 24, 1986.
- Adora mentions that Glimmer's powers come from a laser jewel in the palm of her hand. This was described in the series bible but is only mentioned once during the entire series.
- The visual gag of Hordak blowing steam out of the back of his neck was reused extensively for the character of Brat-A-Rat in Filmation's next series, Ghostbusters.
- Hordak once again blasts apart a statue with the word 'Obey' on it in his throne room, which he did earlier in Into Etheria, He Ain't Heavy and The Perils of Peekablue. His arm old fashioned arm cannon is the same as in A Talent for Trouble, The Perils of Peekablue and Sweet Bee's Home.
- Shadow Weaver's disguise as a Wooble is inspired by Chewbacca the Wookiee.
- The shot of a sad looking Adora sitting at a campfire was previously seen in Return of the Sea Hawk.
