The Gorgeous Woman is a minor character in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
History[]
The Gorgeous Woman was the first guardian of the Silver Apple in Brindle's magical maze. Barring the way of the He-Man, who served as Torm's champion during this challenge, the Gorgeous Woman seemingly offered him the prize he was meant to find, the Silver Apple.
However, He-Man was skeptical, as he had been told the apple had to be plucked from a tree. He destroyed a golden harp that made enchanting music behind the woman with the Power Sword, thereby breaking her spell and revealing her true form, that of a shrivelled old hag. The formerly gorgeous woman congratulated He-Man on seeing through her deception and pointed him in the right direction towards his real prize, after which she disappeared in a puff of smoke.
