Ground Busters, also known as Convoy Trucks and Transporters, are part of the Evil Horde range of vehicles. They are mainly used for transport and don't feature many weapons. Therefore, they are usually accompanied by Destructo Tanks and Horde Troopers to protect their cargo.
Hordak once set a trap for the Great Rebellion by employing Red-Eye, a cousin of Kowl, as a spy. Bow was convinced that the trucks would be largely unprotected, but instead, there were Troopers inside.
The Ground Buster could hold prisoners, such as when General Sunder arrested Mally and her parents but could also be used without a roof to load valuables such as grain into it.
