- On page 190, the entry about Rigolo from She-Ra: Princess of Power is erroneously accompanied by a picture of Revolton from The New Adventures of He-Man instead of Rigolo, who was only mentioned, but never shown on screen.
- On page 248, in the entry about Tri-Klops as he appears in the 2012 DC Motu comics, the same story points are repeated in differently worded sentences.
- On page 397, the entry about the Disruptor from The New Adventures of He-Man is erroneously accompanied by a picture of a black handheld device from the animated series instead of the actual Disruptor.
- On page 399, the entry about the Dream Explorer from The New Adventures of He-Man is erroneously accompanied by a picture of the Particle Trans-Alconitor.
- On page 466, the entry about the Transport Beam from He-Man and She-Ra: A Christmas Special is erroneously accompanied by a picture of Skeletor's Transport Beam from the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe episode Diamond Ray of Disappearance instead.
- On page 502, in the segment on the Filmation version of Castle Grayskull, the Chamber of Life is mistakengly referred to as the "Chamber of Light".
- On page 516, the entry about the planet Dactis from The New Adventures of He-Man is erroneously accompanied by a picture of the planet Primus from the same series instead.
- On page 670, the entry about the Juggernaut from The New Adventures of He-Man is erroneously accompanied by a picture of a Shuttle Pod from the animated series episode He-Man Mutant instead of the actual Juggernaut.
