Joseph Michael Straczynski (born July 17, 1954), known professionally as J. Michael Straczynski is a prolific writer best known for creating the sci-fi television series Babylon 5. In the 1980s he wrote many episodes of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and She-Ra: Princess of Power.
J. Michael Straczynski is also a comics writer, known for various Marvel super hero comics including The Silver Surfer, Thor, The Fantastic Four, Captain America, Spider-Man, among other. To date, Straczynski has not worked on any MOTU comics.
