King Stefen is the ruler of Dyperia, an Eternian kingdom on the sea. Stefen is known to have one son, Prince Dal, and is the uncle of Adam of the House of Randor.
Stefen only appears in one episode of the original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series, Just a Little Lie, and there is not enough information to determine how he is related to Adam's other relatives, such as Jeremy and Lady Edwina.
He is presumably King Miro's son making him Randor's brother (or half-brother), since to be a brother-in-law he would have to be Queen Marlena's brother, who came from Earth..
