Kor is a character from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
History[]
Kor is one of the most powerful sorcerers on Eternia and the Keeper of the Flame, who is responsible for guarding the Crimson Scourge. He lives in the Darklands and is served by an army of Reptile Men.
Though peaceful by nature, Kor is extremely protective of his daughter Mira and has trouble thinking clearly when she is threatened. Evil-Lyn and Tri-klops once took advantage of this by framing He-Man for kidnapping Mira. Kor's Reptile Men captured Teela when she came to the Darklands, then captured He-Man, Man-At-Arms, and Orko when they came looking for her. Kor didn't believe them when they told him they didn't know where Mira was, so he teleported He-Man into the Crimson Scourge's prison to convince Man-At-Arms to talk. However, Teela and Orko were able to escape and rescue Mira from Snake Mountain, and He-Man helped defeat the Crimson Scourge when it chased him out of its prison. Kor then apologized for his rash behavior and thanked Teela for saving Mira.
