Laa-See is a Kon-Seal who lives on Beast Island. When Catra let loose a pack of Terror Terriers to capture all the Kon-Seals on Beast Island, only Laa-See managed to escape and swim all the way to the Whispering Woods to get help from Loo-Kee and his friends, She-Ra and Swift Wind.
