The Laser Sword as seen in the Filmation animated series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
Wielded by members of the Royal Guard, including Man-At-Arms, the laser sword was a sword made up of solid light. The base of the sword bore a solid hilt, with a button that could activate or deactivate the laser part.
History[]
When Teela was threatened by a Shadow Beast from a travelling carnaval, Man-At-Arms activated his laser sword to assist her. Thankfully, she managed to calm the savage beast and further action was not needed. However, Man-At-Arms did tell the creature's handler that he would be banished if he tried another dangerous trick like that. [1]
