The Leader of the Galactic Council is a minor character in the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
The Leader of the Galactic Council was a large alien female in who presided over the Galactic Council, the governing body of the Tri-Solar System. Their council chambers were based on Enos, the moon of Primus.
She once contacted both the people of Primus and the Mutants of Denebria to force them into peace negotiations held at in the Galactic Council's chambers. She sent a message to both parties using a small circular drone that projected her message via hologram.
Once the Primans and the Denebrians began to arrive on Enos, Skeletor immediately began to influence the leader and her council members into thinking that he and the Mutants were far more peaceful and cooperative than sword-baring He-Man and the humans of Primus.
