Loo-Kee is a small Etherian creature who resembles a humanoid squirrel. He belongs to a race of beings known as Kon-Seals.
Character history[]
Filmation era[]
- Main article: Loo-Kee (Filmation)
Loo-Kee follows She-Ra and the other members of the Rebellion, while hidden behind trees, bushes and other objects. At the end of almost every episode, Loo-Kee emerges and asks the viewers if they had seen where he had been hiding. He then reveals to the viewers where he had been hiding and relates the moral of the story. Other than this, the character makes only two "full" appearances throughout the entire series. In Loo-Kee Lends a Hand, Light Hope reveals to Loo-Kee the true identities of Prince Adam and Princess Adora as He-Man and She-Ra.
Loo-Kee has the distinction of being one of only three characters not named in either series' opening credits (the others being Zodac and Broom) to know the true identities of He-Man and She-Ra.
Mattel Toys[]
- Loo-Kee was one of the last action figures released in the original Princess of Power toyline, and remains one of the most difficult to find items. To promote the toy, Loo-kee appeared in the last two PoP minicomics in which he played a similar role as on the TV series: hiding on one of the pages and revealing his hiding place as well as stating the moral on the final page.
Mini Comics[]

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power[]
- In the 2018 Netflix reboot series She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Loo-Kee is mentioned in the episode Razz as a figment of Madame Razz's imagination. A likeness of Loo-Kee is also seen in the same episode. Loo-Kee makes various other brief cameos hidden in the background in five further episodes of the series (see list of appearances below).
