Minox appeared in the story ""Il Labirinto di Minox (The Maze Of Minox)".in an issue of the 1987 Italian 'Magic Boy' comics magazine, where he battled He-Man within his labyrinth. The robotic minotaur identified himself as a "creation of Skeletor" and could shoot lightning bolts from his metal horns. Minox was defeated by He-Man when the hero doused him with water, shorting out the creature's electronic components.
In Masters of the Universe Classics, Minox was referenced in the bio for Karg. There, Minox was identified as a Mintoran cyborg who dragged hapless victims into Snake Mountain's Doom Room for interrogation by Karg.
