A Moornik is the Etherian equivilant of an Earth ferret.
Glimmer and She-Ra got into trouble with a Moornik after being shrunken down in size by the shrinking gas developed by a Horde Scientist. Because of their small stature, the normally quite harmless Moornik now became a huge predator to the Rebels.
