Morainia is a human nation on the planet Eternia with a degree of local autonomy, although it is still subject to the planetary government of Eternia under King Randor.
During the Preternia era, Morainia became a satellite territory of the Ape Clan. Part of it was conquered by Hordak and the Evil Horde during the final years of the Great Wars.
