Pinetown is situated on the planet Etheria somewhere between the Fright Zone and the Valley of the Lost. One day, a friend of the Rebellion named Rigolo noticed several prominent members of the Evil Horde traveling towards the Valley, accompanied by a Scavenger vehicle. As they were passing through Pinetown, Bigelow immediately sat down to write a letter with this information to Rebel Leader Adora and gave it to Madame Razz and Broom to deliver.
