Royka and Molden in disguise
Royka is a character from the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
Royka and his colleague, Molden, were organizers of the Games - a series of challenges between the Evil Mutants and the Galactic Guardians. He posed as a powerful alien life form but was soon revealed to be a small humanoid.
He and Molden planned to imprison the winners of the Games in their own private Zoo on Rintor. It was Royka who suggested choosing the Guardians and the Mutants as competitors, despite Molden's misgivings.
Royka was also a great cook. His speciality being Barbequed Rintorian Swamp Rat.
