Salineas is a location from the 1985 animated series She-Ra: Princess of Power.

Salineas is an underwater kingdom on the planet Etheria, the home of Princess Mermista. Its ruler is her father, King Mersia, an isolationist who believes that interfering with the Horde will only invite conflict to their own kingdom. The kingdom is domed, referred to as a "sunken city" by Mersia, and though it's filled with air, all of its citizens can breathe underwater. With the magical Power Pearl sitting atop the dome, they're able to transform their legs into tails like Mermista's.
While fleeing the Horde, Mermista and She-Ra transport a young horn whale to Salineas, unaware of the tracker Hordak has planted on it. Though Mersia is initially hostile, calling She-Ra a "drylander", he apologizes once introduced. He explains that the Salineans do not trust drylanders, as their greed will surely lead them to seek the power of the magical Pearl atop their city. Fortunately, when the tracking device is discovered, he does not blame She-Ra or his daughter, and they're able to prevent the dome from flooding and rescue the Pearl.
