The Skelcons were minions of Skeletor from the Ladybird books from the UK. They had a figure in the MOTU Classics line. The Skelcons also appeared in an issue of the Mini Comic from DC, theoretically the first issue of "The Fall Of Eternia" storyline which is issue #6 that came with Oo-Larr.
Some Skelcons have wings and others don't.
