Biography

The Snake Mountain was a serpentine stronghold located in the Fright Zone, a land from which the Empire of Hiss spread. The serpent lord commanded a race of apex warriors commonly known as 'The Snakes' whom nearly snuffed out all early life on Eternia.

Many years later, Keldor took residence in the Snake Mountain where he recuperated in stasis for a decade after being infected with Havoc magic at Castle Grayskull. He emerged from his slumber when young Adam first called upon the Power of Grayskull, and soon after this fully embraced the power of Havoc, renaming himself Skeletor and gathering more evil henchmen at Snake Mountain such as Evelyn, Kronis and R'Qazz.

Skeletor also used the Havoc power to re-animate the bones of long dead creatures that littered the Zone and turn them into Battle Bones.
