A Takdryl is a creature that is featured in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
Takdryl were large dragon like creatures that can be found near Mount Zelite in the Crystal Mountains. They were difficult to befriend and even more difficult to tame, but He-Man once managed to win the trust of one such creature after freeing it from the web of a hungry Crybon. Grateful, the Takdryl later saved He-Man's life when he slipped and fell in the dangerous mountainside. The Takdryl even allowed the most powerful man in the universe to ride his back all the way to Mount Zelite and back.
