I seem to remember a storybook from way-back-when (presumably around the Horde's debut) that showed a pre-skull-faced Skeletor with a yellow face - same colour as the later skull, but with a full compliment of flesh.
He was still blue below - I'd always assumed that he was wearing a blue outfit that covered his whole body. MissRatbat 09:41, May 9, 2012 (UTC)
2012 comics?[]
I read somewhere there was a 2012 comics series that expanded on his story, but it doesn't seem to be mentioned here.PyroGothNerd (talk) 22:21, September 24, 2016 (UTC)
- It was this one
- It's number two on the list
- "screen rant"
- ―[[Published by DC Comics in 2012, Masters of the Universe: The Origin Of Skeletor goes one step further. In it, we learn that Keldor is actually a first-born son to King Miro, old ruler of Eternia. But after King Miro chooses his younger son Randor as a heir to the throne over him, Keldor grows embittered and turns to evil. Small wonder there: despite all of his scholarly and military achievements, Keldor loses the throne because he is a “half-breed.” Skeletor is quite literally a victim of racism!|[src]]]

- The story is also explained on the DC wiki
- You know what? I've got enough information, I'm going to add it. PyroGothNerd (talk) 02:17, September 25, 2016 (UTC)
