- When Sea Hawk and Swen are hiding behind a log near Horde Base Camp, Sea Hawk's hand is flesh colored. It turns into a brown glove just before he gets up.
- When Adora, Sea Hawk and Deena are being held captive by Shadow Weaver, Deena's red lipstick turns flesh colored between shots.
- In a 1998 interview, writer Michael Utvich revealed that this episode was heavily rewritten. It was originally going to feature a guest starring role by He-Man and be a showcase for the newly released Laser Bolt toy
