Tom Ruegger is an American animator and songwriter. Ruegger is known for his association with Disney Television Animation and Warner Bros. Animation. He also created Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and Histeria!.

Filmation/Hanna Barbera[]

Tom Ruegger more or less got his start at Filmation, where he wrote episodes for Tarzan, The Lone Ranger, Sport Billy, The Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam!, Flash Gordon, Blackstar, Hero High, Gilligan's Planet, and one episode of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

After He-Man, Tom Ruegger jumped ship to the competition, Hanna Barbera, and worked on The Dukes, The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show, Challenge of the GoBots, The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries, Snorks, The Pound Puppies, The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, The Flintstones' 25th Anniversary Celebration, Yogi's Treasure Hunt, The Good, the Bad, and Huckleberry Hound and A Pup Named Scooby-Doo.
