The Trolls of the Ice Mountains were a species seen in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
The Ice Trolls were nine feet tall, blue-skinned Humanoids, who wore bear-hide armor. They lived in tribes within the frozen region near Darksmoke. They were aggressive in their actions and tribal in appearance yet used modern technology to set traps for unwary travelers.
They spoke in their own language, but some also how to communicate in knew Basic. The Ice Trolls, lead by Hogart, were given the task to make sure nobody gains entrance to the bridge leading to Darksmoke, suggesting that they were loyal to Granamyr and ensured that his privacy was maintained.
When He-Man, Teela, and Battle Cat traveled to the Ice Mountains to meet Granamyr, two Ice Trolls tried to stop them from reaching him. They caused an avalanche and attacked them near the bridge to Darksmoke, firing at the intruders with laser rifles. He-Man managed to deflect one of the trolls' shots and bury them in the snow, then crossed the bridge with Teela and Battle Cat before they had a chance to dig themselves out.
