He was presumably free from the Darksmoke prison by Granny Goodness. Later he was among Darkseid's back-up during the attack on Castle Grayskull.
During the battle, he cleared Darkseid path and faced Battle Cat.
When Supergirl was freed from the Phantom Zone, Supergirl ripped Two Bad in half in anger, killing him.
