Vision Phones are items of technology used in The New Adventures of He-Man.
Vision Phones were communication devices used in the Tri-Solar System. They worked under both short- and long-range conditions and came in various shapes and sizes. Some Vision Phones came in the form of giant viewscreens above computer consoles, while portable versions could fit in the palm of a hand. The look of these devises could also be adapted to suit the owner, as Vision Phones were used by both the heroic Galactic Guardians as well as the Evil Mutants.
He-Man once used two portable Vision Phones to show Skeletor and Flogg how he and his Guardian friends had placed a Laser Web around the Mutant Mothership in Quagmi Swamp on the planet Denebria. The Guardians left one phone at the landing site to broadcast an image of the Laser Web surrounding the Mothership that could then be viewed on the other phone that He-Man carried with him.
Alcon made haste to notify Master Sebrian by Vision Phone when the Hole Sensor had overloaded and could no longer detect any holes in the shield.
On another occasion Gepple told Adam of Grayskull to call Hydron on the Vision Phone. Later, when Helm and Mara inquired where Adam had disappeared to, He-Man explained that Adam had gone to call Hydron and Flipshot on the V.P.
Skeletor once contacted Master Sebrian on a large, wall sized Vision Phone to tell him that Caz had fallen ill and to make arrangements to return him home to Primus. The Scientists of Primus soon deduced that it was Skeletor who had infected the boy with an unknown virus. He-Man immediately called Skeletor back on the Vision Phone for the antidote.
Flogg contacted Master Sebrian on a smaller, podium -stand shaped Vision Phone to tell him about a peace offering in the form of a gift of Zeps.
Flogg used a Portable Vision Phone to order all his forces to close in on He-Man and Sebrian on the Frozen Lake.
