The Wheather Wheel is a vehicle with weather-altering functions invented by Modulok and manned by him and another creation of his, Multi-Bot.
Modulok used the Wheather Wheel to cover the Kingdom of Galacia in black snow, and blamed Frosta and her Snow People for it, rekindling the ancient animosity between the People of Snow and the Selkies.
The vehicle was also able to create a blizzard by activating a "Blizzard Beam", create a whirlwind which it was able to aim at people to pick them up and deposit them in a place of choice, shoot lightning from a so-called "lightning beam", and create hurricane winds.
She-Ra managed to defeat Modulok and Multi-Bot, reverse the black snow so that it became white once more, and finally picked up the entire Wheather Wheel and threw it back in the direction of the Fright Zone.
