Zontos is a character from the animated series The New Adventures of He-Man.
Zontos was a wizard from an unrevealed planet and species. He was a good friend of his fellow wizards Dagar and Master Sebrian and used to be friends with Ramlin as well, but grew to distrust him when Ramlin turned to evil.
Master Sebrian invited Zontos to attend a Wizards's meeting on Primus and Zontos was glad to attend, but grew concerned when his good friend Dagar seemlingy disappeared overnight.
It became clear that Ramlin was behind the dissapearance and he even went as far as to use a projection of Dagar and all of his magic abilities against Zontos and Sebrian, but when He-Man realized that the only way to defeat Ramlin was not to attack him with magic, Ramlin was defeated and was forced to release his hold over Dagar.
